Still cleaning up old photos and found this one from March 2011. I think it may have been the last time my husband let me take his truck out at night, by myself, when shooting Northern Lights.

on January 9, 2020Great shot but not a fun ride! In the south we would wind up in the ditch. 😱

on January 8, 2020Although I don't drive in snow much anymore, I can recall getting pulled out of snow, sand and mud, at one time or another! A couple of time when visiting in Edmonton, there was forecast of Northern Lights, and I was tempted, but haven't yet gotten out there to see and shoot them.

on January 8, 2020What a great shot of your adventure! Love the snow and its great in b/w. We did find some beautiful water and whit sand today along the Mississippi coast. But it was a little bit chilly, still makes for a fun drive.

on January 8, 2020That truck must be "Built Ford Tough" to plow through the snow like that! Oh, it's a Chevy!! LOL!!

on January 8, 2020That is neat. You had to be on a tripod to catch the truck and it's not blurry. Good luck on the Northern Light shots.
