2009 Dailies

Today's photo is a macro of an emerging onion flower. These were onions I left in the ground last fall and they grew again this year. It wasn't until I unloaded the camera that I saw the dew drops on the flower.
I must make a comment on my yesterday's pic. I'm sorry to those who I have hurt your eyes or reminded you of your allergies. I knew when it came out of the camera it was not the best work I've ever done, but it was my daily. It's a scene I see every day. I picked up the mail, rolled down my window and pointed the P&S out the window and that is what I got. Not everyday can one be a creative genius with the camera. I want to thank all of you who are regulars on the Dailies for your kind and supportive comments. I'm sure you all know what kind of effort and commitment goes into producing a photo or picture every day.

on August 13, 2010This is incredibly pretty. I love surprises like this back at the computer. The dewdrops...wow! Great background color too. Has this great feeling of emergence with the see thru cover too.
