2091110 Sep 11/10 Reflections in the Ferry windows. I was trying to take a photo of Vancouver through the deck windows of the ferry, when 3 gentlemen came up and pulled out the cameras and I caught their reflections in the glass. This is the last day of vacation and I want to thank everyone who commented on my vacation photos the past week when I haven't been able to do a lot of commenting back. The onion flower, final days. After two mornings of -7 degrees Celsius (19.4 degrees Fahrenheit) the onion flower's days have come to an end. This one was taken with a Minolta beercan as my Sigma Macro lens is back in the repair shop.

Thanks to everyone for taking the time to comment on my National Park photo. I do agree that this one would be interesting in B&W. I have Silver FX and might try to see what I can do.

Supersized. With the wet cool weather we've been having this year the mushrooms are growing like never before. To give you a sense of the size, the piece of wood on the left side is a railway tie.

Shot through the windshield inside a snowshed in the Rogers Pass. This pass contains numerous showsheds to protect the highway during the winter from avalanches.
